Nope! The Slice is an all-ages venue.

That said, our axe throwing, games, music, and overall vibe are generally geared toward older kids, teens, and adults.

We recommend ages 10+ for axe throwing, although parents know their kids best and can decide if it's a good fit.

Guests aged 16+ can throw without supervision if a parent or guardian has completed a waiver and added them beforehand. Guests aged 13+ may enjoy the games floor and karaoke room without supervision.

Safety comes first. We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor behavior, rule violations, or misuse of equipment. Anyone who cannot follow the rules or respect staff, other guests, or our equipment will be asked to leave without a refund.

Very! Our overall setup, lane design, and staff keep everything safe, smooth, and fun. Mom doesn't need to panic ;)

For axe throwing - CLOSE-TOED SHOES ONLY (please). No sandals or heels. Your toes will thank you if a drop happens. We also recommend avoiding baggy clothing to be able to throw comfortable & safely. For long-haired guests - hair ties are recommended (and also provided for free at the venue!)

Walk-ins are welcome, but to avoid heartbreak, booking ahead is best. We encourage walk-ins to call a few minutes ahead to make sure we are open to the public (we book some private events). 306-870-0410

You can! There is a link to the waiver near the top of this home page, you will also be prompted to sign a waiver while booking online, and a link to send your friends will be provided in your confirmation email. Waivers can also be signed on-site. Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled start time to ensure we begin on time!

Yes! We have gift certificates and hourly punch passes & vouchers available on-site for both axe throwing & games floor-only access.

The Slice is set on being an all-ages, safe facility and does not serve alcohol. The only licensed axe throwing venues in Canada are full service restaurants, which we are not.

Yes! While we do have a concession on site (think: candy, chips, pop), guests are welcome to bring their own pizza, cake, non-alcoholic beverages, etc. Please remember to bring any plates, napkins, or cutlery you may need.

Individual online bookings require the cost of one person plus tax, and group packages require 20% down. Payment will be requested during the online booking procedure. These totals will be deducted from your total bill when you arrive.
